refactor: rename the dev icon endpoint to /_vpi/

/@-prefixed paths read as vite module-graph ids (/@id/, /@fs/, /@vite/);
this is a plain asset url, so follow the nuxt-style underscore prefix,
matching the vpi- class prefix.
