This commit changes rudder implementation so it uses AppController format library to wrap release manifest to AC ResourceDefinitions and Dependencies and create them instead of object themselves. What doesn't work: `helm install` results in error due to release status check (no actual release objects are created). Need to add new method to rudder and implement it as AppController graph check here.pull/2151/head
