Fixes issue where 'helm dependency update --username --password' failed with 401 Unauthorized for private non-OCI repositories. Changes: - Add Username/Password fields to Manager struct for credential propagation - Pass credentials in both phases of dependency resolution: - Phase 1: index.yaml fetch in ensureMissingRepos() - Phase 2: chart download in findChartURL() - Maintain full backward compatibility with existing code - Add comprehensive test coverage including security and regression tests The fix ensures CLI-provided credentials are properly propagated through the entire dependency resolution chain while preserving all existing functionality.
