Changed the default voice_choice from tiktok to streamlabspolly

Considering the widespread user concerns surrounding TikTok's voice option limitations with respect to text-to-speech (TTS) length, it seems prudent to consider making StreamlabsPolly the default voice choice. This decision would reflect the prevailing preference of the majority of users who have already chosen StreamlabsPolly as their preferred alternative.
