Instructions

For di past few lessons, you don program one basic bot wey you fit dey chat wit. Dis bot dey give random answer until you talk 'bye'. You fit make di answer no too random, and make di bot dey reply if you talk specific tins like 'why' or 'how'? Try reason how machine learning fit make dis kain work no too manual as you dey add more tins to di bot. You fit use NLTK or TextBlob libraries to make di work easy.
