The `{@const ...}` tag defines a local constant.

	{@const area = box.width * box.height}
	{box.width} * {box.height} = {area}

```

`{@const}` is only allowed as an immediate child of a block — `{#if ...}`, `{#each ...}`, `{#snippet ...}` and so on — or a `<Component />`.
