Simon H	c4b721584a	chore: repo cleanup (#13029) ... * chore: cleanup repo configs - remove prettier from packages, everything runs through the root now (also better aligns with how you work with it in VS Code: no more config duplication needed) - remove eslint from packages, run it once through the root now (revealed some inconsistencies and missing stuff, config tightened up as a result) (bump eslint while we're at it) * update vite and related packages (since rollup includes an addition to one estree node we need to adjust code a bit) * bump more packages * bump jsdom * lint	3 months ago
Simon H	5eff68f63d	chore: runtime linting (#12314) ... - check that the runtime doesn't use methods that are too new - add linting rule to prevent references to the compiler in the runtime (this is important for the first check, else the ambient node typings would be included, which includes a definition for `at()`, which means we no longer would get errors when violating the "don't use new methods" rule in the runtime) - fix code as a result of these new checks closes #10438	4 months ago
