fix(client/server): three comment typos (Therfore, aswell, noone)

Three minor comment typo fixes in Svelte source:

- packages/svelte/src/internal/client/dom/css.js:15 — 'Therfore' → 'Therefore'
- packages/svelte/src/internal/server/index.js:171 — 'aswell' → 'as well'
- packages/svelte/src/index-client.js:20 — 'noone' → 'no one'

Cosmetic only; no behavior change. 3 files / +3 / -3.
