1. 有异常走回滚
`txInfo.getTransactionManager().rollback(txInfo.getTransactionStatus())`
2. 没有异常直接提交
`txInfo.getTransactionManager().commit(txInfo.getTransactionStatus())`
- **注意: 这里的异常如果是exception不会走回滚**
- 判断是否需要回滚
