Eric Windmill	2999d738b8	Dart 3.9 / Flutter 3.35 [first LLM release] (#2714) ... I got carried away with Gemini and basically rewrote CI and the release process for the new LLM reality. Jenn Magder	3aaa86795e	Update App Clip for Xcode 15 and iOS 16+ (#2162) ... 1. Run `flutter run` on the project to pick up project automigrations. 2. Set min version to iOS 16 to take advantage of the 15MB size limit (see https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/71098#issuecomment-1358152892) 3.
