Don Turner	ab7b25ef6a	Add new fields to Topic and display SVG icon. This CL makes the following changes to the Topic model: Renamed description -> shortDescription Added longDescription, url and imageUrl (this is the URL of the icon) This makes the model of Topic in the app match the model in the back end. Add new fields to Topic and display SVG icon.

This CL makes the following changes to the Topic model:
