Only '--deployed' is turned on by default. On the server side, Tiller's list function can now filter based on a slice of release.Status_Code filters. The Update function takes in the modified manifests and the original manifests. It then iterates through the modified objects, creates objects not found in kubernetes, and updates objects that exists but have been modified. I believe it also fixes some other prioritization bugs in values merging. The existing unit test was wrong (see TestCoalesceValues). It is fixed now. Also added more tests to simulate issue #971.
