Matthew Fisher	32712201ec	ref(list): move namespaces field closer to the name ... Most users want to see the release name and the namespace it was deployed to, as those are the unique identifiers where the release is stored. This replaces that architecture with the `pkg/action` package. This implements the action package for list, but nothing else.
