Marc Khouzam	d6708667da	feat(comp): Disable file completion when not valid ... With Cobra 1.0, it is now possible to control when file completion should or should not be done. For example: helm list <TAB> should not trigger file completion since 'helm list' does not accept any arguments. Marc Khouzam	3e09e2fa28	fix(cli): Sort output of helm env ... Before this change, running 'helm env' multiple times would generate a different order for the output each time. This is because Go purposely loops over hash maps in a random order. This commit sorts the environment variables by alphabetical order before generating the output.
