Refactor data preprocessor with new added class AudioSegment, SpeechSegment, TextFeaturizer, AudioFeaturizer, SpeechFeaturizer. 2. Add data augmentation interfaces and class AugmentorBase, AugmentationPipeline, VolumnPerturbAugmentor etc.. 3.
